This Court is not inclined to entertain this civil revision petition filed under Section 115 CPC against the notice to show cause as to why execution should not issue in E.P.No.114 of 2016 in Dispute No.64 of 2013 on the file of the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at N.T.R.Nagar, as it is open to the petitioner to appear before the Executing Court in response to the aforestated show cause notice and explain his stand.

Leaving it open to the petitioner to do so, the civil revision petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
