.......Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in passing the impugned order, dated 18-12-2014 made in E.P.No.4/2014 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principals of natural justice and consequently set aside the same;

W.P.M.P.No.2132 OF 2015 Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P. the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings in pursuance of the impugned order dated 18.12.2014 made in E.P.No.4/2014, passed by the 2nd respondent, pending disposal of W.P.No.1606 of 2015 on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI M.SAI MURALIKRISHNA Advocate for the Petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperation (A.P.), for Respondent No.1 & 2, and the Court made the following:` ORDER:

There shall be stay of all further proceedings in EP.No.4/14 on the condition that the petitioner depositing 1/4th of the award amount, within a period of eight weeks.
