HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 8731 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 15.6.2004 with regard to the half of the salary amount of the petitioner only.

In view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. 3.
