This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not registering the complaint of the petitioner, dated 01.06.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of this writ petition, the police registered F.I.R.No.39 of 2019 of Nizamsagar Police Station, as such, no further orders are required in the writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of.
