CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.32735 of 2017 Dt: 20.10.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that despite disposal of OA.Nos.6504 and 6557 of 2010 as far back as 05.08.2014 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'), the respondents have not been promoting the petitioners.
At the hearing, Mr.T.Sudhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2- Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (for short 'HMWS'), placed before the Court Lr.No.9670/B2/2015/6314/3324, dated 16-10-2017, issued by the said respondent and Memo No.13061/Engg.(1)/2017, dated 18-10-2017, issued by respondent No.1 under which the petitioners have been promoted as Managers (Engg) against the existing vacancies in respondent No.2.
Mr.C.Srinivasa Baba, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that by issuing the afore-mentioned proceedings, the respondents have complied with the order of the Tribunal and that therefore, the cause with which the petitioners have filed this Writ Petition stood redressed.
CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.32735 of 2017 Dt: 20.10.2017 In the light of the above facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.40698 of 2017, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
