Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction more particularly writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in issuing a notification dated 23.01.2015 proposing to conduct a public auction even before the expiry of the lease period of the petitioner in respect of shop Nos.14 and 15 belonging to 4th respondent and also rejecting the representation submitted by the petitioner on 27.01.2015 without reference to the order of the second respondent, and trying to take forcible possession as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of the A.P.

Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to desist from acting thereon. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 03-02-2014, 11-2-2015 & 26-02-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri E.V.V.S. Ravi Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Endowments for Respondent No.1 and of Sri D. Ramesh, Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.2 to 3.and of Sri D. Ramesh, SC for Respondent No.
