None appears for the petitioner.

Sri Bhaskar Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, submits that in view of the interim order, dated 20.01.2012, nothing further survives in the writ petition. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits. Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
