OFFICE NOTE 27.04.2026 JSR,J I.A.No.1 of 2026 Mr.C.Hari Preeth, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in the order dated 16.04.2026 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.5655 of 2026, the registration number of the Bolero vehicle was wrongly mentioned as TS-07-UW-4909, instead of TS-07-UE-4909, and the said mistake is purely a typographical and clerical error. He further submitted that in the said order, this Court directed the petitioner to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,50,000/-. As the petitioner's financial condition is poor, he requested to modify the same from Rs.1,50,000/- to Rs.50,000/- Unless the same are modified, the petitioner will be put to great hardship.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not disputed the said submissions.

Taking into consideration the above submissions and the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the

registration number of the Bolero vehicle is corrected as TS-07-UE-4909 in the order dated 16.04.2026 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.5655 of 2026. The condition imposed by this Court in the said order is modified and the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties to the satisfaction of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Amangal.

Accordingly, this interlocutory application is allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to the Telangana High Court Advocate Clerks Association.

The Registry is directed to issue an amended copy of this order.
