This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ A7 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.10 of 2010 on the file of the VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, which is an outcome of Crime No.235 of 2009 of Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 448, 427, 382 r/ w 34 I.P.C.

The de facto complainant and petitioner/ A7, representing through advocates are present and sought to compound the above offences. A perusal of the record shows that there is a fracture to the first metatarsal and the wound certificate shows that the said injury caused by wooden stick. Apart from it, the other accused as many as 10 accused among 11 accused faced trial in S.C.No.379 of 2010 on the file of the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad and the same was ended in acquittal by judgment dated 08.09.2016. Having regard to the above, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to P.R.C.No.10 of 2010 on the file of the VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, are quashed.
