This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner/Accused No.4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.165 of 2014 of Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 422, 423, 120-B I.P.C.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, the respondent State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the investigating authority referred the matter as false and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.
