Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was disposed of and a compromise decree was passed on 07.11.2015, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
