It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.2 & 3 is that on the petition of accused No.1 of the said crime No.111 of 2017, CCC Naspur Police Station, Mancherial District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 342, 498-A & 506 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, the matter is referred to the Committee as per the expression of the Apex Court dated 27.07.2017 in Crl.A.1265 of 2017 (SLP (Crl.) No.2013 of 2017 in Rajesh Sharma & Others Vs. State of U.P. & Another).

Thereby, this Criminal Petition is closed for no further directions to these petitioners require, by left open all available defence.
