THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1316 of 2016 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel for TSRTC brought to the notice of the Court that orders were passed by the Division Bench in W.A.No.1478 of 2016 dated 29.12.2016, staying the operation of the order, which is sought to be enforced.

Since stay has already been granted by the Division Bench and the appeal filed by the respondents is pending, the Contempt Case is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to institute proper proceedings if they succeed in the pending Writ Appeal before the Division Bench. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
