Since the issue involved in all these Writ Petitions is one and the same and the parties are also similar, they are being heard together and disposed of by way of this Common Order. Heard Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners in all the writ petitions, Sri P.Sri Ram, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. All these writ petitions are filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the impugned proceedings dated 14.03.2018 issued by the 1st respondent imposing punishment on the petitioners. Admittedly, petitioners have alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned proceedings. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petitions. Though several contentions are raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners, same can be raised before the appellate authority in the appeal.

Accordingly, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners, to avail alternate remedy of appeal, if they are so advised. On filing of the appeals by the petitioners within the limitation, the competent authority is directed to pass orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks thereafter.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
