THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.76 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.

The petitioner claims to be the owner of land admeasuring Ac.0.01 cent in H.No.12/344 situated at Chevireddypalli Village, Venkatagiri Municipality, Nellore District. She alleges that the respondent - Municipality is trying to dispossess her illegally and without following due process. Hence, this Writ Petition.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Municipality, on instructions, submits that though the Municipality is claiming that the subject land belonging to it, it shall follow due process, while dispossessing the petitioner from the subject land.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent - Municipality to follow due process, if it intends to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
