Heard.
This Writ Petition is filed from the allegation that respondents 3 and 4 are conducting survey by encroaching upon the petitioner's land covered by layout in survey Nos.915 and 916 admeasuring 884 square yards in Sadashivapet Village and Mandal, Medak District.
While issuing notice before admission on 16.11.2015 a direction was issued to the 4th respondent not to interfere with the land claimed by the petitioner's falling under plot Nos.3 to 6.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that no survey is undertaken by the respondents 3 and 4 as alleged and therefore, the question of fixing boundaries by encroaching the petitioner's land, as claimed, does not arise. In view of the same, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, however, as and when the survey is conducted, the petitioner shall be given an appropriate notice and shall be given an opportunity to submit his objections to the said notice.
