THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1580 of 2019 ORDER:

The revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the action of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Bhongir, in not disposing O.P.No.45 of 2018. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that O.P.No.45 of 2018 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Bhongir, is not yet disposed of in terms of Section 21-B(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. It is also submitted that unnecessary adjournments were given in favour of the respondents. Under these circumstances, the Court below is directed to dispose of the said O.P. in terms of Section 21-B(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, as expeditiously as possible. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
