HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 2431 of 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, aggrieved by the non disposal of I.A.No.1764 of 2015 in A.S.No.27 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Srikalahasti, Chittoor District. Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stay application filed vide I.A.No.1764 of 2015 in A.S.No.27 of 2015 may be directed to be disposed of at the earliest. It is his case that I.A.No.1764 of 2015 was filed in the month of December, 2015 and till date no orders are passed. Having regard to the above circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to pass orders, in accordance with law in I.A.No.1764 of 2015, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
