This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.PC challenging the order dated 24.4.2012 in Crl.M.P.No.751 of 2012 in C.C. No.400 of 2011 on the file of the court of II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to file similar type of petition before the trial court with correct provision of law.
