THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.5261 OF 2017 ORDER :

Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension dated 09.09.2016. Against the order of suspension remedy by way of appeal is provided under Rule 32 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1991 (for short 'the CCA Rules'). Without availing the remedy of appeal provided by the Rules governing the service, petitioner invoked the jurisdiction of this Court and no reasons are assigned as to why petitioner has not availed the remedy available to him. This Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal as provided in CCA Rules, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
