THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9770 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A.2, seeking relaxation of conditions imposed by the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad in its order, dated 13.06.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1226 of 2016 in Crime No.167 of 2016.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. While granting bail to the petitioner, the Court below directed the petitioner to execute a self bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties and directed the petitioner to appear before SHO, Golconda, Hyderabad, on every Saturday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 Noon for a period of six weeks or till filing of charge sheet, whichever is earlier. To relax the said conditions, the present petition is filed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a lady and she is not in a position to execute self bond for Rs.10,000/- and the same may be reduced.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition to execute self bond for Rs.10,000/- as imposed by the Court below against the petitioner is reduced to Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only). The remaining conditions imposed by the Court below shall remain unaltered.
