This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in F.I.R. No.289 of 2014 on the file of the Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after investigation, the matter was referred as purely 'civil in nature'.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal petition is closed.
