Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Excise for respondents.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.20.12.2017 passed in WP.No.43147 of 2017.

Therefore, for reasons alike, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the petitioner to make an appropriate application before the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Adilabad District (2nd respondent) enclosing thereto a Fixed Deposit Receipt for Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand only), drawn in favour of 2nd respondent on any nationalized bank, and on such application being made by the petitioner, the subject stock afore-stated shall be given to the interim custody of the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
