Chava Jhansi Rani, W/o Late Bhaskar Rao, ...RESPONDENTS/DEFENDANTS Petition under Section 148 R/w. 151 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the letter filed therewith, the High Court will be pleased to extend time for a further period of six months for disposing of OS No.95 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, Khammam District, and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

This petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition letter of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Khammam District daled 2310112019. The Court made the following: ORDER While disposing CRP.No.19B5 of 2018, this Court directed the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, to decide the suit in O.S.No.95 of 2O15 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible, but not later than six months. The said order was given on 1 3.04.2018.

The Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem made a request for further extension of time for six months to decide the suit. As per the contents of letter, the suit is at the stage of defendants evidence. As per the order of this Court the suit ought to have been disposed of in the year 2018 itself. However, having regard to the facts and circumstances mentioned in the letter and pandemic situation, this Court considers it desirable to extend the time as prayed for.

Thus, time is extended Iill 30.04.2022 Learned Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem is directed to dispose of the matter within the time granted without seeking further extension.
