Sri. Koneti Raja Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate civil law remedy, and a letter dated 17.04.2018 to that extent is also filed.

Granting the said liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
