This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not considering and disposing of the representations of the petitioner, dated 27.08.2012, 01.10.2012 and 07.01.2013 and the legal notice dated 08.10.2012 and not taking any action on the illegal construction of respondent No.4 in premises bearing No.10-3-148, Pragathinagar Colony, Ramnagar Area, Karimnagar, as illegal and arbitrary.

The case of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent, who is the owner of his adjacent building, is making illegal construction without obtaining any building permission and the slab of the ground floor of the house of the fourth respondent is also protruding into his house; he filed many representations to the official respondents but no action has been taken by the respondents so far. Hence, the writ petition. As the case of the petitioner is that his representations have not been considered by the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation to the first respondent for redressal of his grievance, if he is so advised and if such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent No.1 is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the unofficial respondent.
