This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.220 of 2014 on the file of Mahabubnagar Police Station, Mahabubnagar District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have referred the case as mistake of fact and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
