No. 1650 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Sri Syed Mushtaq Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Case with liberty to take steps before the appropriate forum.

Permission is accorded.

Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed as having been withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
