Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise, for respondents. 2.

The counsel on both sides state that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by order dt.04.01.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.42643 of 2017.

Therefore, for reasons alike, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to release the seized stocks of the petitioner seized in connection with Crime No.106 of 2018 on condition of petitioner executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one surety in the likesum, to the satisfaction of the 2nd respondent. 4.

However, this order shall not preclude the authorities concerned from further proceeding in the matter in accordance with the procedure established by law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
