THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL ON No.46 18 of 2021 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 ancl 439 of the Code of Criminal procedure, 1gT3, is filecl bv the petitioner/ accused No.1 seeking to grant bail to him in connection with Crime No.45 of 2021 of Kanchanbagh police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under sections 37o (2)(f)(n), 376 (31, 342 and. so6 I.p.c, Section 6 read with 5 (J)(ll)(L) read with S (n), 17 read with 16 of the POCSO Act,2Ol2. 2.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/ accused No. 1, learned Assistant public prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent of the offences alleged against him and he has been falsely implicated in the present case; that the any offence as alleged in the petitioner has not committed compliant; that a bare reading of the complaint shows that aI the allegations made in the complaint are concocted for purpose of registration of present crime; that the petitioner was arrested on 11.O3.2021 and since then he is in judicial custody and ultimately, prayed this Court to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.
Learned Assistant public prosecutor opposed the bail application and contended that the offences committed bv the petitioner are grave in nature.

As seen from the Remand Case Diary and statement of the victim girl, the petitioner is step father of the victim girl. It is alleged that the petitioner threatened the victim girl and had sexual intercourse with her forcibly, due to which the victim girl became pregnant and gave birth to a baby boy on 16.01.2019' It is further alleged that thereafter also, the petitioner had sexual intercourse with the victim girl forcibly and gave tablets to her for abortion. The allegations levelled against the petitioner are heinous in nature. There are serious and specific allegations against the petitioner. Therefore, the prayer to grant bail to the petitioner is rejected
