THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8131 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner's grievance is that he is an ExServiceman and that he had sought a No Objection Certificate from the respondents for sale of the land given to him and no order has been passed by 2nd respondent, who is competent to pass orders on petitioner's application made in this regard. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for respondents states that 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's application dt.17-12-2015 and pass orders thereon within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dt.17-12-2015 seeking No Objection Certificate for alienating the land allotted to him within six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any,

in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
