Learned counsel for the both sides state that W.P.No.41036 of 2016, out of which this Contempt Case arises, has since been disposed of on 08-02-2017.

Therefore, the interim order passed therein in W.P.M.P.No.50548 of 2016 on 28-11-2016 does not survive. Therefore, the Contempt Case alleging disobedience of the interim order is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
