HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7238 & 7239of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.6980 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused No.1 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of S.C.No.250 of 2017 on the file of VIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad, which is outcome of crime No.382 of 2016 of Chandrayanagutta PS, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A and 307 I.P.C, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
