THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.2716 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorari calling the records from the 2nd respondent Tribunal pertaining to L.C.I.D.No.3 of 2002 dated 27.08.2002 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and to pass such other necessary orders.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, submitted that the first respondent was reinstated into service in pursuance of the award of the Labour Court dated 27.08.2002. He further submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is closed.
