THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. CHANDRAIAH AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 28049 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Chandraiah) This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the request of the petitioner for granting 24 equated monthly instalments for payment of arrears.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy by approaching the authorities concerned.

3. Granting liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
