ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.312 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Parvathipuram, Vizianagaram District.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. Having perused the material on record, it is evident that it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the Court below to dispose of the C.C. itself as expeditiously as possible.

4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Parvathipuram, Vizianagaram District, to dispose of C.C.No.312 of 20154, within a period of six(6) months from today, without insisting on the presence of the petitioners/A1, A2, A3 and A5 herein on each and every date of hearing. Petitioner No.4/A4 shall appear before the trial Court.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
