THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.17383 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned Award dated 13.04.2004 passed in ID No.135 of 2002 by the Labour Court-I, Hyderabad published on 13.07.2004 and praying for orders for allowing for reinstatement with full backwages, continuity of service and attendant benefits duly modifying the existing award which entails his reinstatement into service besides 25% of back wages and continuity of service but without attendant benefits and to pass such other necessary orders.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.03.2016 and 04.04.2016. Today also even the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
