THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.9892 of 2018 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the respondents are interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the subject lands without following due process of law. It is further stated in the writ affidavit that yesterday the irrigation authorities came to the subject land with tippers and tried to demolish the pillars and the foundations.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the petitioner is an encroacher and if any action is required the authorities will follow the due process of law. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities not to dispossess the petitioner except in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
