Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Petitioner's grievance is that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are interfering with the possession of the petitioner at the instance of the respondent Nos.5 to 10. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that respondent Nos.1 to 4 are not interfering with the possession of the petitioner and that since respondent Nos.5 to 10 complained to the 4th respondent against the petitioner, a phone call was made by 4th respondent to the petitioner only.

Since it is not permissible for respondent Nos.1 to 4 to interfere in civil disputes, the respondent Nos.1 to 4 shall not interfere in any manner in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos.5 to

10. If the petitioner apprehends any dispossession by the respondent Nos.5 to 10, he can try to approach competent Civil Court for appropriate relief. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
