HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.1813 OF 2014 ORDER:

Heard counsel for petitioner, the Assistant Government Pleader Revenue for respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.J.V.Prasad for 6th respondent and Mr. S.Appadhara Reddy counsel for 8th respondent. The petitioner complains against inaction of 5th respondent in considering disposing of representations dated 30-11-2013 and 26-12-2013 as illegal and amounts to refusing to exercise the jurisdiction conferred on 5th respondent.

The writ petitioner is heard and the matter is taken up along with companion writ petition No.503 of 2014 and Crl.P.No.14912 of 2013. Counsel for petitioner after perusing form No.20 issued under Section 133 of Criminal Procedure Code by 5th respondent submits that the prayer against inaction is substantially worked out. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the subsequent development, he may be given liberty to work out his remedies.

The statement is placed on record.

Writ Petition is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his grievance, if any, on the establishment of barn tobacco by 8th respondent.
