Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit explanation to the show cause notice dated 03.06.2019 within one week from today.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. It is needless to say that the respondents shall consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
