CVNR, J & TA, J CMA.No.87 of 2017 Dt: 29.11.2018 Judgment: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal (CMA) is filed against Order, dated 28-11-2016, in IA.No.690 of 2016 in OS.No.1017 of 2016, on the file of the XIV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

At the hearing, learned Counsel for both parties submitted that as the suit filed by the respondents was decreed, which was also executed by delivery of possession of the suit schedule property in their favour, this CMA has become infructuous. In view of the above the above submission of the learned Counsel for both parties, the CMA is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the CMA, IA.No.1 of 2017 (CMAMP.No.146 of 2017) filed by the appellant for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
