As there was no representation for the appellant's counsel on 29.10.2018, both in the forenoon and afternoon sessions, the matter was directed to be listed on 30.10.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, again there is no representation for the learned counsel for the appellant both in the forenoon and afternoon sessions.
