This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 22.05.2017 passed in I.A.No.76 of 2017 in O.P.No.1453 of 2013 on the file of Vacation Civil Judge (IX Additional Chief Judge), City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3, 5 and 7 submitted that the petitioner in O.P.No.1453 of 2013 sold his flat during pendency of the proceedings. She further submitted that Mr.G.V.L.Prasad @ G.Prasad had resigned to the post of Secretary of Royal Pavilion Apartment Owners Welfare Association.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Mr.G.Prasad is continuing as Secretary of the above Welfare Association.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the main O.P. at the earliest point of time.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also submissions made by the learned counsel for both parties, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of O.P.No.1453 of 2013, as
expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 8.
