THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.5804 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard Sri M. Sudheer Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri P. Kesava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation.
As the petitioner's application dated 01.12.2015 seeking mutation of her name in the place of her deceased husband in respect of the subject property is still pending consideration, entertainment and adjudication of this writ petition on merits is not warranted. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondent Corporation to consider the petitioner's application dated 01.12.2015 in accordance with law and take necessary action thereupon. In the event the request of the petitioner for mutation is rejected, the reasons therefor shall be recorded and duly communicated to the petitioner.
This entire exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
