HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 6416 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in harassing the petitioner and his family members by threatening them and seizing the Car bearing registration No.AP 37 BG 5555 and also the action of the second respondent in not responding to the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.02.2017. Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the petitioner submitted a complaint on 22.02.2017 and on receipt of the said complaint a GD entry was made on the same day. After making the said entry a requisition was made before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur for according permission to investigate the non-cognizable offence and permission was granted on 23.02.2017. In view of the same, Crime No.110 of 2017 was registered and the matter is under investigation.

In view of registration of the complaint of the petitioner, no further orders are necessary, except directing the second respondent to complete the investigation by following due process of law and submit a final report to the concerned Court.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
