This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, assailing the order, dated 27.10.2014, of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Puttur, passed in I.A.No.728 of 2013 in O.S.No.11 of 2013. 2 .

The learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff is present. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the trial Court decreed the suit with costs on 31.08.2015. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
