With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not passing any orders in spite of submission of explanation on 18-02-2019 to the temporary suspension order dated 15-02-2019 issued by the 3rd respondent, followed by reminder letter dated 01-02-2019 and the letter of the villagers dated 02-05-2019, as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and sought consequential direction to the respondents to pass orders by conducting detailed enquiry.

Heard Sri A.Dattanand, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-II, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for 4th respondent.

Petitioner contends that he is working as a Field Assistant and while he was discharging his duties, the 3rd respondent has placed him under suspension vide impugned proceedings on the ground that he had participated in the election campaign. He submitted an explanation to the respondents on 18-02-2019, but no action has been taken by the respondent Nos.3 and 4 on the said explanation nor they revoked the suspension orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appropriate orders be passed in the Writ Petition directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 18-02-2019 to the suspension order dated 15-02-2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 6.
Learned Government Pleader for Services-II, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for 4th respondent submit that the case of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on the representation submitted by the petitioner. 7.
Having regard to the rival submissions made by the parties, this Court is of the considered view that the Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit fresh representation to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such representation being received, the respondents shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. 8.
With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
