Heard the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
Relying upon Memo No.59734/JA.1/2005, dated 18-05-2009 issued by the Government and consequential directions issued by the 2nd respondent in Lr.No.LC1/356/2010, dated 21-05-2010, addressed to the Deputy Collector and Tahsildar, Serilingampally, Balanagar, Shamshabad, Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District, the petitioner made an application to the 3rd respondent on 24-04-2015 seeking mutation in his favour on the basis of the registered sale deed. Alleging inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent, for the last more than seven months, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that the 3rd respondent would examine the request of the petitioner, if not already examined, and pass appropriate orders.
In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to examine the petitioner's representation, dated 24-042015 and take appropriate steps in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
