CVNR,J & GSP,J C.C.No.795 of 2018 20.04.2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 31.07.2017, in W.P.No.24646 of 2017. 2.

Today, at the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services (A.P.) appearing for the respondents, has placed before us, proceedings in Roc.No.1904/2018/M1-3, dated 18.04.2018, issued by respondent No.2 granting promotion to the petitioner and posting him as the Assistant City Planner, Gudivada Municipality. Though belated, since respondent No.2 has promoted the petitioner in terms of the order of this Court, we do not propose to continue further action against the respondents in this contempt case.
